It's that time again! I don't know about you, but I am so excited about this year! New students, a beautiful new building, a new classroom, and a new industrial kitchen--why wouldn't I be excited! Our students at CHS have an opportunity to learn how to use the same equipment they would use in a food service establishment. Therefore, putting them one step ahead of the competition.
