*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
High School All Region Band Tryouts
this Saturday, November 7
Students need to be at the Band Hall by 10:30AM
Bring money for food at the tryout site
Students should be back to CHS between 7 and 8PM

 I am currently in my 23rd year of directing bands, in my 19th year with Castleberry High School and my 7th year as Director of Bands.  I conduct the CHS Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band; team teach all performing bands with Wes Griffin, Matt Daily and Megan Meyer; and currently teach the 6th Grade Beginning Clarinet and French Horn classes at Irma Marsh Middle School.

I am a 1983 graduate of L. D. Bell High School.  I then received my Bachelor's of Music Education degree from Texas Christian University in 1987.  Upon graduation, I served as Band Director at Aledo Middle School for the 1987-1988 school year.  In the Spring of 1988, I received an two year apointment as a Graduate Assistant Band Director, returning to Texas Christian University; receiving my Master's of Music Education in 1990.
